Non-Disclosure & Investment Partnership Agreement

This Non-Disclosure and Investment Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below by and between the parties identified below.
1. Purpose
The parties agree to explore a potential investment partnership opportunity with 333 CLUB, Nigeria's premier luxury lifestyle networking club. This agreement governs the confidential information shared during this exploration.
2. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business information, financial projections, partnership details, and strategic plans confidential. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
3. Investment Intent
Both parties express their willingness to explore investment and partnership opportunities with 333 CLUB. This agreement does not constitute a binding commitment to invest but demonstrates good faith intent to proceed with due diligence.

Should the partnership proceed, investment funds shall be transferred to the following account:
